At Bluesea.fo we prioritize your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our booking services.

Information Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details when you make a reservation or interact with our site.
Payment Schedule: 100% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.
Payment methods: Credit card payment with paymentlinks sent to customer by email, with Frisbii (Formerly named Billwerk+).

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express. 
Depositum: No depositum is required
Rental period: check-in is at or after 15.00 and check-out is at or before 10.00.
Fees and payments: There is one nightly fee. One cleaning fee. One fee for every extra guest.
Cancellation policy: There will be given a full refund for cancelation up to 6 days prior to check-in. Cancelations 0-5 days prior to check in will not be given any refund.
Security: The rental is equipped with a smoke detector.
Flight/train/ferry/bus/car cancelations or delays: The host is not responsible for any cancelations or delays in transportation that guests might experience, and refunds will not be given. We recommend guests get travel insurance.
Sickness and injuries: The host is not responsible for any sickness or injury guests might get, and refunds will not be given. We recommend guests get travel insurance.
Storm and bad weather: The host is not responsible for storms and bad weather, and refunds will not be given. We recommend guests get travel insurance.
House rules: No pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed. If guests check in early without permission, the house will not be cleaned, and the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
By using our services, you agree to adhere to all house rules established by the property owners. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your booking without refund
Guest responsibilities:
1. We expect guests to maintain the property's condition.
2. Guests must book tickets on the ferry and buss.
3. Tourists often walk on the balcony, if guests don’t like that they may hang up the chain to block the entrance to the balcony.
4. Before leaving, please do the dishes and put the garbage in the garbage bin downstairs.

5. Before leaving put all the radiators on 1 and close all windows.
6. Put the key back in the key box when leaving. Do not change the password.

Liability and insurance: The house is not insured against damage caused during rental period.
Damage and breach of contract: Damages beyond normal wear and tear are to be reported immediately to the host. Guests are financially responsible for any damageduring their stay.
Right of entry: If something in the house is broken, needs maintenance or not working, the host, housekeeper or a handyman is permitted to enter the property.
Dispute resolution: In case of a dispute, the host might report the guests to the police.
Use of Information Your information is used to facilitate reservations, improve our services, and communicate important updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Data Security We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Changes to Privacy Policy We may update this policy from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.
